ABSTRACT

This research paper examines the psychological impact of educational restrictions imposed on Afghan women under Taliban rule. It highlights the ongoing mental health challenges faced by Afghan women due to these restrictions and emphasizes the need for sustained international attention and action. The paper draws on historical and contemporary examples to illustrate the severe consequences of limited educational opportunities on the mental well-being of Afghan women and girls. The conclusion calls for global efforts to ensure educational access and mental health support for Afghan women.
