ABSTRACT
This research studies to find the motives that affect the Arabic college students who are from East Sri Lanka. The students are admitted in the colleges in their early teenage. This stage will be a vital and most considerable thing for the educationist. Because, the students will be given the chance to make decision toward their future, especially on their career life. This study has found that there three kinds of impacts affecting the career decision making of Arabic colleges students in Eastern province, Sri Lanka; parent’s wish, educational atmosphere and basic needs of the student.
