ABSTRACT

Competency based education are opening new opportunities for the students. Competency based learning is flexible as it focuses exclusively on the learning, instead of requiring a certain amount of time sitting in classes. It focuses only that you are able to master the competencies in your area. Such education system offers much needed flexibilities as you can master these competencies at your own pace works which is best for you.
