ABSTRACT
The rights of women to have and to control their reproductive health are part of the human rights system. It is a basic human right that parents have to determine the number of children they should have. A quantitative approach with descriptive research design was used to explore the views of the mother on the use of reproductive rights. The study participants were married woman from rural areas Moradabad and the sample size was 100 randomly sampling technique was used for data the data collection and the data was collected by in depth interview technique with the help of semi structured open ended questionnaire. In this study the result shows that most of the married women 47% were had good knowledge about reproductive rights among married women, 44% were had average the general public's understanding of reproductive rights married women and only 9 % were had poor married women's level of knowledge about reproductive rights The study found that although the majority of the survey participants were aware of reproductive health, they were less familiar with the term reproductive rights. The majority of their knowledge came from the media. most of the married women 47% were had good in terms of reproductive rights knowledge among married women, 44 percent had an average level of knowledge, while just 9%had a poor level of understanding.
