ABSTRACT

Web applications used by the user for various rental purposes such as living quarters, paid guest services, catering services, and other daily activities are available in their various programs and modules. These modules are not only sophisticated but also clever which makes all the work time consuming and tedious. Wants house and hostel for rental purpose for many peoples were anywhere at anytime. where this application is highly useful for house owner and house renter. Two main process : Database . House renter search the house or hostel for rental purpose available and house owner update their house position for rental or not, in a database. This project database get’s the user and house owner’s details. And all details are related to house rent, house location, house details. This details are updated.
