ABSTRACT
Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection & Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a spectrum of conditions caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). In India, HIV was first detected in 1986. Since then there has been a steady increase in the prevalence of HIV infection. The analysis of study 36 patients with Tuberculosis aged more than 19 years was carried out Village- Rampur,, Block &Teh.-Patna,, District - Korea, State - Chhattisgarh for a period of 2 monthsfrom (1st November 2015 to 30th December 2015)The score of patients there was significant difference score according to sex, socioeconomic status, occupation, statistically significant difference in quality of life score was not seen with respect to age, locality, religion, marital status, type of family, educational status, occupation, alcohol intake, smoking, diet. We came to find that peoples of rural areas are not able to provide proper knowledge. Because they don't have appropriate knowledge about HIV/AIDS, Overall, the unprotected relationship with multiple partners found to be most common risk factor for HIV transmission in the study population.
