ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research paper is to divulge the importance, types, issues and challenges of E-resources ruling over the modern digital library system. It contains e-books, e-journals, e-magazines, e-thesis and dissertations, e-newspapers, e-refrences sources etc...all these resources are stored in the computer in an electronic form, known as database. These resources are expedient to use, obtainable at a reasonable cost and can be crossed from and anywhere and by many users simultaneously.
